To facilitate the return of your purchase, please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-844-44F-Fold (844-443-3653). They will provide you with the necessary documentation and instructions to return your package(s) properly in order to receive a credit.
Any non-printed product in its original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. We will accept returns up to 30 days from date of receipt but there is a 20% restocking fee after 14 days. We are unable to accept any returns of product after 30 days from the date of receipt.
To receive a refund, all items returned must arrive in re-sellable condition (including the inner box) so please make sure to package them properly. Partial box returns will not be accepted. A full box must be returned for a refund.
Upon receipt of the product, refunds (less the shipping and restocking fee) will be issued to the credit card used in the original transaction.
Please note: Sample orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If you refuse your order, the carrier will return it to Fourfold.com. You are responsible for the cost of both outbound shipping and return shipping, and that amount will be deducted from the credit for the product. The restocking fee may also apply.
